Chief Executive Officer

Jennifer Hall has spent the last twenty-five years working in the Home Care industry. Jennifer is a Registered Nurse and started her Home Care career as a Field Clinician. Prior to AbilisHealth, Jennifer worked in a Senior Regional VP of Operations role for LHC Group (Almost Family). Jennifer has a Nursing Degree from Northwest Mississippi Community College.


Vice President of Clinical Operations
Amy Paschall has over 22 years of experience in the Home Care industry as a Registered Nurse in the field to an Administrator. Prior to joining AbilisHealth, Amy was VP of Clinical Operations for CareAll Home Services. Amy is a BSN graduate of the University of Tennessee of Martin school of Nursing and is also a Regis University graduate with a master’s degree in Nursing – Leadership in Health Care Systems.

Amanda McFaddin

Senior Vice President of Administration

Amanda McFaddin has over 22 years of experience in healthcare, with 12 years in the home health and hospice industry. Prior to joining AbilisHealth, Amanda served as the VP of Regulatory Affairs/Corporate Compliance Officer for Adoration Health. Amanda also honorably served eight years in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and EMT. She has a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and a master’s degree in Health Informatics from Walden University.


Vice President of Strategy and Development

Adam Sumrall has spent the last 10 years working in the healthcare industry. Before joining the AbilisHealth team, he led strategic development for a national post-acute provider in Middle Tennessee and directed the companies’ efforts in bundle payment initiatives. Most recently, Adam worked as the Manager of Network Operations at Vanderbilt Health Affiliated Network where he managed operational strategies to drive high-quality care for an Accountable Care Organization and other value based contracts with commercial insurance providers. Adam holds a B.S. in Athletic Training from the University of Southern Mississippi, an M.A. in Athletic Training from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an M.B.A. from Lipscomb University.

Scott Pritchett


Scott Pritchett brings nearly 18 years of accounting and finance and 4 years of healthcare experience to his role as AbilisHealth’s Controller. Most recently, Scott worked as the CFO at The Prevention Group and has 12 years of experience as CFO, CAO, or Controller. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting from the University of Mississippi and is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
